Here are some of my latest!

Have you ever just sat back and thought about the good things God has done for you?  I know that in the midst of our problems and concerns, we can get so focused on what is wrong that we forget what is right.  Believe me, I know that there are many trials that most of us are going through, yet I also know that I serve a God who knew each problem from the beginning of time, and He tells us not to worry.  I figure, if God knew about this before I was born, I should be able to trust Him with it. (Remind me of this the next time I start worrying about something!)  So today, I encourage you to think about what is good at Parkway.  Check out the Serve-a-thon pictures as soon as they get online, or ask your child how they felt that day.  Consider coming to one of our chapels to see how God is moving, or celebrate the fact that you live in a country that allows Christian schools.  Let's join together and thank God for Parkway: all of it!

Since I last posted we have added another grandchild to our family.  God has been very generous this year!  We now have two granddaughters and one grandson: Andrew Ryan Korth!  Isn't he cute?

It is always amazing to me how quickly time flies!  You would think I would be used to the way the school year rushes by after this many years in education.  We had a very successful Parent Conference day for Middle School and High School, along with our Elementary Bring your Parents to School Night.  There is nothing better than to be able to develop relationships with parents, and watch the excitement on the students' faces as they show Mom and Dad their school.  The pride our students take in Parkway blesses me immensely.
Personally, I have been blessed with granddaughter #2.  Angelina Hope Marchesi made her debut into our lives on Wednesday, October 7 at 10:42.  She is a very precious bundle of joy!  My next technology accomplishment will be to figure out how to get my pictures from my phone to the website, and then everyone can see how beautiful she is.
I pray that the Lord is continuing to bless everyone, and that you are also enjoying the growth in your children's lives.
